Trailers, trailers and more trailers..

well, well, well.

Plenty of trailers coming out for the holiday season and next summer.

A new trailer for next summer's Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince was just released and it's looking nice!

Next up is the trailer for a little movie called Duplicity. It stars the eternal beauty of Julia Roberts and english dude turned cool actor Clive Owen, so it's a win win. This movie has it all, cheek-in-tongue humor, Julia Roberts, good plot, Julia Roberts, and some running around and sneaking.

2012 comes next and it's about.. well.. the end of the world. It's directed by Roland Emmerich, who was also behind movies like 10000 BC, The Day After Tommorow, Independence Day and Godzilla. I'm looking forward to this one.
And like the trailers says, google "2012" to see what the fuzz of this so talked about year is all about.

Oh, Jason Jason Jason.. You and your butcher knife wearing that hockey mask (and probably titanium vest). Can't he rest in peace, already? No. He can't die, remember?
Anyway, the crew behind The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Remake) is back for another horror movie remake. This time around is Friday the 13th.

Yes Man tells the story of a guy (Jim Carrey!!) that attends a seminar that promises a better life if you change your "NOs" for YES's". But, since it's a comedy and it starts Jim Carrey, unfortunate things start to happen for our viewing pleasure. Oh, and the cutest actress alive Zooey Deschanel is also in the movie!
To me, this movie is like a sequel to his 1997 Liar Liar (which is FUCKING HILARIOUS).

Up is the next Disney-Pixar junction for a better world. No, it's just their next movie for next summer. It tells the story of an 78 years old balloons salesman that fulfills his dream of an adventure by tying up thousands of balloons to his house and flying over to South America.
Your reason to watch it? IT'S IN 3D!!!

I dont know what to get from this trailer, all i know is that Will Smith is going to change 7 people's lives and tie them together. Is it for the good or bad? Does he die? Does anyone dies?
I don't know, but that's why the trailer for Seven Pounds worked for me. It made me wanna watch the damn movie.

Last but not least, it's Angels and Demons. The prequel turned sequel that everyone has been waiting for! (sarcasm) You see, Angels and Demons the book came BEFORE The DaVinci Code book. But since the book it's not as famous as its sequel, the adaption for DaVinci came before Angels and Demons.
Let's just hope it's better than it's prequel (or is it sequel?). The DaVinci Code movie is nothing compared to the quality of the book (yes, i read it too).

So many movies, so little time.
I'm REALLY sorry for the lack of post, guys.
I hope this made up!

One Love.

News that Matters!

hello, my fellow fellows!
I will first apologize for those who are here everyday for the lack of content in the past week.
My bad.
In this last week alone i had family issues, money issues and a road trip. It's a bit much for my little brain.

Let's start the week fresh, eh?
Here are some highlights for upcoming movies that you should keep a keen eye on.

-Christopher Nolan (director of The Dark Knight if you don't know yet), when asked the golden question; "what's up with Bats 3?" had that to say:
"Well ... let me think how to put this. There are two things to be said. One is the emphasis on story. What’s the story? Is there a story that’s going to keep me emotionally invested for the couple of years that it will take to make another one? That’s the overriding question. On a more superficial level, I have to ask the question: How many good third movies in a franchise can people name? [Laughs.] At the same time, in taking on the second one, we had the challenge of trying to make a great second movie, and there haven't been too many of those either. It’s all about the story really. If the story is there, everything is possible. I hope that was a suitably slippery answer."

Pretty good answer. I would come up with a better one, but i'm not Christopher Nolan.
Let's just hope that's not it for Christian Bale and crew.

-The new international trailer for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is now available online! I'm pretty sure it was leaked and not supposed to be seen yet, so go WATCH IT before "they" take it out!

-Underworld: Rise of the Lycans is the sequel for that movie with vampires and werewolves and that hot chick Kate Beckinsale woopin' ass. It's out on January 23rd and you can check out the HD trailer HERE.

This sequel looks great and all but there is no Kate Beckinsale!! They've actually replaced her with Rhona Mitra who looks a lot like the real thing.

-Weird man and actor Crispin Glover has joined Johnny Depp in the Tim Burton interpretation of Alice in Wonderland. He is set to play The Knave of Hearts. Other cast members include newcomer Mia Wasikowska (who plays Alice in the movie), Anne Hathaway and Helena Bonham Carter.

Alrite, too much.

See you in a little bit!
One Love.
