I work at Rising Music with Chris and the rest of the team. I hope you don’t mind me asking, but what’s going on with your disclaimer? If you give someone a track for free, why would they delete it after 24hrs... would you? We’d really appreciate it if you’d take this ‘zippy-share’ file down and support artists you blog about by only putting up clips of tracks, similar to what Beatport, iLike, iTunes, MySpace and Facebook do.... surely that would be better for promotional support?

alrite, i will be taking Chris' tune out of the blog and not promote his music anymore.

what i'm doing here is 100% legal and in no way affects Rising Music nor Chris.

i've read my disclaimer several times to make sure what it says is right, and i'm sure it is. ALL TRACKS ARE indeed FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. i didn't even upload the other track on The One LP-Mission (Original Mix)-just to make sure that people, yes, DOWNLOAD THE TRACK then delete it so that the person downloading will like the tune and actually buy the LP containing the other track.

if the person downloading the track does not delete the track after 24 hours than THEY are the one doing the crime here.
